Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the League Convener for all Oakville Recreational Leagues, the timekeeper will control the score clock and monitor the game activity.
Key tasks and responsibilities involve monitoring the games and recording all statistical information. This includes but is not limited to:
- Goals/Assists
- Points
- Penalties
- Game Misconducts
- Final Score
- Control the score clock
- Make sure that the referees and players sign the game sheet
- Return all game sheet information to the League Convener
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hockey, basketball, volleyball and/or pickleball rules and leagues
- Previous Timekeeping experience an asset
- Experience in customer service an asset
- Data Entry and Processing skills
