Public Works Summer Student

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $20.17 per hour
• Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

The primary role of the Summer Student Public Works Labourer is to support a range of operational and maintenance activities across municipal properties and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operating hand tools and groundskeeping equipment (such as lawn-care machinery)
• Assisting Transfer Station Attendants
• Completing equipment reports and inspections
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by the Public Works Lead Hand while adhering to all Health and Safety requirements
