Working with the Town of Newmarket’s Recreation and Culture Team, means the opportunity to make a difference and connect with your community! The Successful Candidate Will

• Be responsible for the planning and program delivery of private, semi-private and group pickleball lessons, in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Assist the Recreation Programmer with planning, directing, and overseeing day-to-day operations of club lessons, leagues, clinics and programs, and court bookings.
• Provide quality customer service to participants, parents/guardians, and the general public. Respond to program feedback, enquiries, and requests promptly.
• Communicate and document any concerns to the Recreation Programmer (health and safety, attendance, participants, equipment, inventory, facility spaces).
• Respond to emergency situations including performing minor first aid and/or arranging for medical assistance.
• Provides a leadership role for other coaches and instructors, including support for lesson plans and coaching strategies.
