The Municipality of Greenstone is seeking a temporary full-time Early Childhood Educator Teacher at the Geraldton Day Care Centre. The position provides care and supervision in compliance with Ministry regulations, Quality Assurance guidelines, and Emergent Curriculum criteria.

General

Work cooperatively with the Manager of Community Services to provide care and supervision to children at the Day Care Centre through the planning and implementation of a program conducive to their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education Diploma
• Registered in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
• Current First Aid Certificate / CPR, or ability to obtain
• Bilingualism will be considered an asset

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Manager of Community Services.
