Position Details

• Status: Temporary Full Time (date of hire to approximately March 2, 2028)
• Hours Worked per Week: 35
• Wage Band: $31.45 - $39.29 per hour
• Location: Simcoe, ON (primarily in-office, with a combination of site work and potential flexible work arrangements based on operational requirements of the role)
• Employee Group: CUPE Local 4700

Position Summary

As a Case Manager with Norfolk County, you’ll support individuals applying for Ontario Works by assessing eligibility, identifying barriers, and connecting them with resources and services. Your work will help people achieve greater stability, move toward employment, and improve their overall well-being.
